You should look into glutamine and arginine which are amino supplements , they promote healing and blood flow , if you look at the ingredients of most of the expensive supplements, you will see these. Tribulus is another herbal supplement you should try. But again you have to cycle these in order to clean out your system, I suggest 3 weeks on 2 off .
