is masturbation ok? I hope its not bad for my blood pressure or something. I do it 6 times a day. I'm addicted... today i did it in a porta potty. do i need help or am i just normal?

well an addiction to anything isn't good for you....but if you are young it doesn't mean you are an addict it could mean you are just being a normal guy who likes to get off. you need to step back and look at whether you would rather masturbate than hang out with friends or family and if it is controlling your life. if it is then it is an addiction and it can be helped.....(there's a sex addict anonymous group just like AA). but like I said many young people do it a lot. I used to do it 3 to 4 times a day when I was a teenager and early 20's
