Question:

What's the biggest component of semen? I've heard it's not sperm but seminal fluid? What is this?

Answers:

Semen consists of sperm from the testes, and seminal fluid secreted by the accessory glands of the male reproductive tract; these include the seminal vesicles, prostate gland, and the bulbo-urethral glands (known as ‘Cowper's glands’)

Seminal Vesicles secrete a thick, vicious, alkaline product... which is released with semen.

Hope this helps.
