I was masturbating at 10. 13 is not too young. There is not a number one can say is too much. At your age I would suspect you do it 4-5 times a day. What ever you are comfortable with. There was a time I did 10 -12 so it depends on the individual. Just don't let guilt find its way to you, there is nothing to be guilty about. and keep it private. Enjoy.
