I keep getting these sharp pains like just above my scrotum sacs on one side, between my hips?

I'll be walking or sitting then in mid air, mid sentence this muscle spasm type pain comes ant goes like for three- five seconds. Should I be worried?

well you may have a hurnia or you may need to play with yourself a little more i know it sounds weird but sometimes not getting enough sex or enough pleasure of that area can cause a build up of semen and create a sharp pain in your groin area but to be on the safe side see a doctor and find out i am a doctor but you will probably need some x-rays and antibiotics
