What's the best way to bulk up quick?

Im a skinny guy, early 20s. I've always been skinny! I wanna bulk up in the quickest possible time. Ok I know about weights, I'll do that. I wanna know what foods to eat and how regularly to increase my body mass in the quickest possible time? Thanks guys!!

You should try to eat as healthy as possible.

Cut back on fast foods and tv dinner (prepared) eat lots nuts and bananas! Nuts have good natural oils and protiens and bananas are really good for bulking up and gaining muscle (i think it is the potasium in the bananas).

Also, make sure you eat large portions of your meats. Like Beef steaks, roasts, etc... also, You can pick up some shakes that are good for packing it on. However, do be careful as some of them have fake sugars and other harmful ingredients.

Make sure you are getting your fibers!! not cheap white bread, or processed flours. Get whole grain foods. I know they are more expensive, but if you want to bulk up, you gotta eat healthy

Lastly, make sure you get a good dose of natural oils. The two main ones you need are your omega3, butter, olive oil, and coconut oil. All the others are processed and are actually bad for your body.

If you want to pack on the good pounds (muscle) you want to give your body good foods, not the average American junk food diet!! otherwise you'll be bulking up, but it won't be muscle it'll be flab.
