Also to add. Girls are TALLLLL these days. MOST girls are taller than me easily, even with my boots on which makes me 5-9 to 5-10. (Here in england) Girls are TALL these days whats going on I cant believe the average height of girls is 5-4 anymore.

Okay you said that you are 23 yrs old and like 5"8 or something to tell you buddy when you've reached the age of 20's you can never grow bones, that means gaining height is officially off when the ages of 20's but you can still grow or get bigger as it is, you can't grow height any more that's for sure, go to a doctor or something to tell if it's right! Girls this day grow taller you said? its not about girls, its about genes or life style, on how they grow and take care of themselves, speaking of women and men in the world!
