ive had this problem for a while im 18 now. after i ejaculate with a massive orgasm, my lower penis shaft and my testes begin to hurt with a very mild pain, like a cramping sensation. the problem is that im not going too fast, but none the less still rubbing. im not a frequent masturbater i probably do it less than once a week or sometimes a few timess, and sometimes i can go for months without doing it, i just do it when i need to. i use a lubricant. the pain developes after i finish by like 5 minutes. and if i try to go again, my penis shaft hurts, and its a bit harder to get an erection. so what can i do to prevent this pain. Also i wont to know how i can manke my self last much loner, because at the moment im a 2 or 3 minute wonder.
ppl plz note that it doesnt hurt while ejaculating, but after by around 5 minutes and its a veyr mild pain like a cramping sensation, could it be form the underwear, and i have no stds

It's normal. You know how your muscles feel sore after you run or exercise? It's the same thing. Muscles make the whole thing happen and they get fatigued.
When you are with someone there will be a lot more things to do to keep you busy so that it won't take 3 minutes.
