What kind of cyst do i have?

i'm a teenage male and I have a small cyst located in the crease where the thigh meets the pelvic area. what is this kind of cyst called?

oh yeah, this cyst is internal (it's pretty deep in the area)

this cyst is never painful unless i put too much pressure on it. if i do put pressure on it, it will try to resist and will jerk and fidget. no pain at all, really

i think its called pilonidall cyst...its really painful and its caused by ingrown hair and you need to see a doctor and then they'll give you medicine to make the cyst pop and then when they get all the infectious puss out but when it pops youll be constanly farting for a week
