You need a push/pull combination
Mondays Chest/Triceps
Tuesday Back/Biceps
Wednesday Legs Quads, hams, calves
Thursday Shoulders/forearms
Abs can be worked out daily

Pace yourself if you want bulk 3x10 reps
If you want more definition 4x15

I disagree with Mike H's Answer because he is asking for 2 large muscle groups to be worked out on the same day. This may cause injury
