i masturbate about 1 time a day and i have noticed a size decrease in my testicles is this normal. im 13, 5'11 and need to know if i need to see a doctor for this

So, whethe ryou masturbate once a day or 5 times a day, you will not ejaculate enough sperm to cause any shrinkage in your testicles.
What you may obsewrve is the scrotum will draw the testicles up tight to the body just prior to orgasm and they will return to a normal position a while later. That scrotal action may make it appear as if yoru testicles are smaller.
