Can taking cold showers on a regular basis boost testosterone levels? What else!

Question:

Can taking cold showers on a regular basis boost testosterone levels? What else can I do?

I've heard that taking a cold shower at least once a day is a healthy practice. Among other things, I read somewhere that it can boost your testosterone levels. Now to me, an increase in testosterone is a very desirable thing. I'm already working out, eating healthy, and getting enough sleep. Could taking cold showers be one more item to add to my repertoire of testosterone boosting techniques? What other things can I do to boost testosterone levels?

So, now you're asking - why do I want to increase testosterone in my body? Now don't get me wrong, I'm a perfectly normal male. I just want to improve my masculinity somewhat, I guess. I want my face to look a little larger, and I want to be able to grow a more concentrated beard. And I want to be able to gain muscle easier.

Summary of my question:
Do cold showers boost testosterone AND what do you recommend I do to boost testosterone?

Thanks for your help,

Rahul

Answers:

you may not believe me, but sex boosts testosterone levels. having it 3 times a week for a year also is equivalent to running 3 marathons. each time you do it for about a half hour, it burns about 200 calories. it reduces heart disease, lowers mortality rates. and is a pain reliever. (migraines and arthritis.) it improves memory, and helps you sleep better. it reduces stress, and irritability. it boosts self esteem and provides mental clarity. and mostly is women it reduces depression. and oral sex is good for your teeth. bue to the minerals in your "fluids".
