Is this normal for a person whos 17?

im 17 i just started puberty i think its kinda late........is this normal for a person my age?????????????
and will my penis have the same growth duration as a normal male???

ive heard u grow untill your 25... however, if it not changing very much in a year or two, id say go to doctor
