The foreskin swells up around it almost like a weird forming balloon. It goes down the next day but, why do you think it does that? Is is really beacuse I'm too rough with it maybe or is it a condition or what?

My foreskin doesn't normally do that when I masturbate. Yours is probably retaining too much blood during masturbation and doesn't drain quickly enough afterwards. This can happen if you've been masturbating for a long time/too roughly or use a really tight grip.
If you loosen your grip a bit and maybe use a little bit of lubrication so it's not so rough, it shouldn't swell as much (if at all). It's dependent on how you masturbate and it's not a medical condition. In any case it's nothing to be worried about unless you're feeling discomfort or pain, in which case you might want to either change how you masturbate or see a doctor.
