But my doctor only allows appointments and stuff. . . ..

And i wont be able to get there for at least a day.

I just want to know if that can be dangerous, fatal, or harmful to my health if i do not see a doctor.

I mean if i dont see a doctor ever for it (i will but still)

Probably nothing. Go to the E.R. if its that bad. Don't be embarrassed they have seen it all!
