Penis Problem?
This may be embarrassing a bit but I really need a serious answer. There is some sort of bacterial growth on the tip of my penis. It looks like a yellow-green discharge of some sort. I am not sure if I should see a doctor, but it really hurts when I urinate also. I am just wondering if this can possibly be an STD, or perhaps it is something that occurs during puberty.
Please any response would be appreciated...

If you have had unprotected sex then the chances are high that you have an STD...do not have unprotected sex until you have it checked out.
If you have not had sex, then you still need to see a doctor as there is some sort of infection present....you should not have yellow/green discharge and pain. Please see your doc ASAP.
