Muscle Deconditioning/shaking?!

Muscle Deconditioning/shaking?

I havent worked out in 5 months. When I use my muscles, like trying to sit up, I get a shaking sensation in those muscles. Is that from inactivity or deconditioning? How long does it take to recondition muscles?


Answers:

when you are inactive the muscles will become less conditioned. After 5 months they are not in very good shape. It will take a few months to get back to where you were before the lay off.
