If i start doing some weightlifting but then cant do any for a week will it mess up my work or change muscles?
Answers:
If you're out for a week, I suggest dropping the weight a little and work back up to the pre-break weights. A day or two off will cause your muscles to rest well and build more on the next workout, but a week is a bit too much of a rest to take for a steady build, unless you've been working out for a while (Like 6 months.)
