Answers:

Okay, firstly, some people are late bloomers, meaning that there are people who only started to grow at a later age near 20's. People DO GROW at 21. Those who say the body stops growing at 18 or 21 are just stereotype remarks being quoted by outdated research. With science nowadays hormonal changes on the body is very much different than 10 years ago. Especially on nutrition, its not just calcium that is needed to grow taller, you need vitamin D to absorb calcium, so that the bones can grow, otherwise unabosorbed calcium will just lay intact in the body. Not only that, magnesium and phosphorus also play in important part with calcium too to help growth. And then theres exercise. Okay, forget the basketball crap. They say that because it mainly involves stretching of the body when you jump. Basically any form of exercise that involves stretching frequently can make you grow if you do it everyday. A good proof is that baseball pitchers have their pitching arm longer than their other arm. Why? Because at a frequent rate of throwing out balls at a strong and fast speed, the bones and muscles go together with the flow, stretching it longer. Another factor is the muscles. Weak body muscles cant support the bone structure properly thus will make the body slouch down and look short. If you do train the body muscles properly, especially the back and ab muscles, it keeps the skeleton in proper posture, thus making it straight and you'll automatically be taller a bit more. Like whaat you see in body builders, they have firm muscles, and their body structure supports it just nicely. Forget the crap about lifting weights will stunt your growth. Its actually misleading because bodybuilding consumes lots of energy and nutrients, so you need to replentish a lot of nutrients in order for you to be able to bodybuild and also grow taller at the same time. But unfortunately most people did not take note of this part, which resulted in malnutrition. Because of this, they grew muscles, but its not enough nutrients to grow in height. Thus creating a myth that bodybuilding will stunt kids growth. Arnold Schwartzenegger started bodybuilding at 14, and he's still very tall. So basically if you are still aiming to grow taller, there are still chances to do so, but important factor is the nutrition you intake, the rest you get and the exercises you do.

P.S. Doing chin ups and or pull ups are a good way to start.
