I have recently grown a little over a half an inch since last year( I am 19) How long should I wait to measure myself so that I can results that I grew any taller, since I am growing steadily.

Your question is not clear. However, if you are asking when you measure yourself again, there is no set time....just whenever you want to.

Please note that as a male, you will continue to grow until you are 21 so it is not surprising that you have experienced a growth spurt.
