If i were to lose weight by just cutting down on eating and jogging not lifting would my skin turn to flab?
like if i were to just cut down on food and jog would turn to flab or would my body gradually lose wieght and look normal

Loose skin normally is a result of rapid weight loss. It also depends on how much weight you lose. I would strongly encourage you to consider incorporating weights into a fitness routine though! While a proper, balanced, diet combined with cardio is great it isn't a well rounded program. It also isn't the most efficient. Lifting weights not only builds strong muscles it builds strong healthy bones! Weight lifting is a very important component in weight loss as lean muscle mass burns fat which would help you get to your goal!
