What should uncircumcised man do if he breaks his frenulum accidentally?!

Question:

What should uncircumcised man do if he breaks his frenulum accidentally?

Some say in uncircumcised male, connection of tip of penis to its base(frenulum) is sometimes broken.
If it is broken, is it ok to for a man to remain in this condition? Or he needs to see a doctor? will pleasure level be less due to this. they say it tries to join again by healing which we should avoid. does anyone know about this? sometimes while masterbating men try to pull the foreskin as back as possible and this stretches the frenulum and it is very much possible that it will be broken. What should be done in such situation?

Answers:

If the frenulum breaks it can sometimes heal back together again, but it often doesn't in many guys. In either case there's nothing wrong as long it heals. The frenulum is usually surprisingly elastic and doesn't break that easily. A guy should only really see a doctor if there's an infection in the area or it's taking too long to heal (more than 2-3 weeks).

If a guy's frenulum breaks he should try to let it heal on its own first. While it heals he should try to avoid moving his foreskin around as much as possible, and so should avoid any sexual activity (no masturbation/sex). The only time the foreskin should be moved is when it's retracted during a shower/bath to clean the area underneath. Soaps can sting a wounded frenulum, so only washing with water is generally okay. Afterwards just pull the foreskin back over the glans (penis head) and leave it like that. Nothing else needs to be done.

The frenulum is, for most guys, a very sensitive spot on the penis. There's an artery that runs under it and if that's broken, it can bleed a lot (but it's usually not a big deal, as it heals pretty quickly under the skin). If the frenulum is broken it can still be pleasurable because the nerve endings are still there; only now the foreskin isn't "tethered" to the glans.

To prevent the frenulum from tearing, it's a good idea to either be gentler during masturbation or sex, or use some kind of lubrication (like hand lotion) so things are easier on the area.
