Whats the best workout for the side of your chest?!

Whats the best workout for the side of your chest?

It's kinda hard to explain but the part i'm talking about is not really lower chest really. I'm talking about the side where it's almost like under the arm or armpit area. I was wondering whats the best workout to hit that specific area? If you can, please share your workout routine thats worked for you in building a good chest. Thanx.


Answers:

If u have abbs, then do chrunches, with a weight on ur chest(dumble). The best thing to do is go to ur local gym or gym teacher and ask him....
