For those you had suffered prostate or testicular cancer?

i just wanna ask you guys from your own experience if you suffered and survived. what are some of the symptoms of these two cancers?

I am not a guy, but my best friend's father was told he had prostrate cancer in 2000. He had no signs, it was picked up from blood test. From what I understand if you have any signs it is probably too far advanced to do much about, but I do not know this for sure. Anyway, my friends father had surgery which he recovered from in about a week. They checked (blood test) him every 3 months, and on his 2nd check the cancer reappeared. He then went through a whole lot of radiation treatments. A year after the cancer reappeared again nut was very low on the scale. It is now 2007, he is alive and well with a low reading on the cancer scale. Her is 75 works every day, and travels a lot all over the world. That's about what I know about it. I know men are supposed to have annual blood tests because that is about the only way they know if you have prostate cancer or not.
