Question:

Masturbation and Working out in the Gym?

Well i'm going really crazy over this topic, i've made dozens of researches about this, sometimes i find that masturbation is good and healthy, and sometimes i get it as if swallowing poison, which i dont beleive really ...

Im 17 years old, and im working out in the gym and im those kind of people who are really concerned about their body, my body is fine and its all shaped well, got 4 packs, built arms, a little chubby belly that i hate >< :P and i masturbate once a week, and sometimes i skip a week...

But i want expert opinion on masturbation, and if it does decrease the size of your muscles, and maybe undo you're hard work at the gym, like if you masturbated then these 3 hours you were working out evaporate, is that true? I never masturbate right before goin to the gym or right after, its always 2 days later, and i gym the next day.

So if i masturbate once a week, will it decrease my performance at the gym or slow down my build up?

I am a Personal Trainer with some good news! You can masturbate all you want and you will "not" loose any of your muscle tone, muscle mass, stamina, drive or anything else you're gaining/acquiring in your workouts at the gym! Relax, enjoy being a young man but save some for the ladies. You can always talk to your Dr.but I think you'll get the same answer. C.C.
