How do i get Abs, Pecks n Muscles in a month?!

How do i get Abs, Pecks n Muscles in a month?

i know some of you might say a month isn't long enough, you need more time, but i dont want really defined abs, pecks n muscles.
i dont want extreme muscles and all that, just so that my abs show, my pecks have some shape n my biceps n triceps gain in size n strength a little. i tried a lot of gyms n different types of excersises but cant seem to do it, in a month i go on holiday n i was hoping after all ive done i would have the beach body i wanted, but i have a month left.
if anyone has any fitness programs they can write down or excercies i should do i would greatly apreaciate them.

Sorry to rain on your parade but this can't be done naturally. Building the beach body you want takes time and can't be done in a month without severe issues.

First of all, do all the resistance exercises you want and it will count for nothing if your muscles are covered with fat. If you're a skinny guy then good for you, you don't need to worry about that.

Now, if you want to get really big you'll need to cheat. The only way to do this is to use steroids but I don't recommend that. In fact I'll tell you they will cause more harm than good so it's really not a good thing for you to do.

Otherwise give it time, eat more protein and maybe look into using some legal supplements like creatine.
