For me, I like anything that stands out!!
The brighter the better. It shows boldness and character.
The light colors just blend in. Don't get me wrong, they still look nice. Depending on the outfit and occasion, may look better. But bright colors make a statement.
A lot of things should be taken into consideration when chooosing a color.... hair color, skin tone, eye color, etc... so I guess and bright color wouldn't work, it has to fit the individual.
I'd have to say, a bright blue (not neon) would look good on just about anyone!!
