Ignore the spammer. It's not possible to enlarge your penis. You get what your genes determine. It's also not desirable -- normal-size ones just plain work better than over-sized ones. WOMEN DO NOT CARE ABOUT SIZE except at the extremes. Micropenis (under 1.5 inches) is not good. Abnormally huge is not good because it's painful. Anything remotely normal feels the same - no difference for a woman if it's 4" or 7" -- it's all the same in the dark.
The crap that is advertised in e-mail scams can actually make you sick (the pills) or damage your penis (the stretchers). Just save your money and enjoy what you have.
