what i did to get a quick and easy eight pack was i would do just about 20 situps every night before i took a shower, but since you want it in a month, if you are willing to push yourself, i reccomend doing 300 situps 6 days a week before taking a shower, this will really make them defined quickly, but, DO NOT DO THEM EVERY DAY A WEEK! your body needs time to build up those muscles after you workout like that, so only workout 5-6 days a week, NOT 7! because then you will not get a good 6 or 8 pack in a month so 5-6 days a week do 300 situps before you take a shower
