I'm thin, but flabby. How to build up my chest, abs, but lose the flab and love !


Question:

I'm thin, but flabby. How to build up my chest, abs, but lose the flab and love handles at the same time?

I'm 18. I stand at about 5'11. I used to weigh about 160, but now I'm down to about 145 after running, dieting, and losing a bit of muscle. I've been running about 1 mile everyday for the past year. I want to lose the rest of my flab around my stomach, and chest. Although I'm able to put up about 3 sets of 150x6, my chest is mostly fat. And, although I can feel my abs, and am already down to 145, there's still a layer of fat surrounding them. I want to be able to build up my chest and my abs, while losing the fat surrounding them. But, I already weight 145 pounds. My current plan is to diet and run about 2+ miles everyday, plus working chest, back and arms. Another problem is that my shoulders which slope down and cause my posture to look sloppy as in the picture. Any way to fix that? Any advice to help me with my current flab? I want to lose the flab, but keep any muscle. I want to have a hard lean torso.

woah woah woah, slow down, if you are doing this EVERY DAY then dont. you see when you work out, you burn both fat AND muscle, so by you not giving yourself a break you are not allowing your muscle to rebuild itself, after you burn it, it needs to heal, what i recommend is that you only run 5 days a week, but run a little bit longer each day
also do situps and crunches sometime, just before you take a shower if you want and do 300 situps, and you will gain it in no time
but remember, only 5 days a week
monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday and friday, take the weekends off
trust me you will have a six pack in no time, or maybe even an eight pack
