On the childrens chart it doesnt go up to 6' so in adult men if you have a small frame 149-160 lbs, medium frame 157-170, or large frame164-188. So depending on your actual size (you know - are you a skinny guy, or big shoulders) you are probably a little underweight but that is most likely good since you are soo young and you have no way of knowing how much taller you might get. When you stop growing up and then you can grow out -make your shoulders and arms bigger. Eat a good diet- healthy foods as well as pizza and you probably dont have to worry about getting fat at least not right away.
