I am 25 and still have wet dreams...?
i suffer from an extraordinary affliction...nocturnal emissions. By extraordinary, i mean truly astounding. About twice a month i wake up with my trousers full of sperm, semen, and somtimes a little blood. Is this normal at my age?

~My question is why are you wearing trousers to bed? Wouldn't adult diapers work better at containing the mess? Sperm is in the semen, you can't see them.
