Is it bad to have no armpit hair?
at age 14? almost all of my friends have some. and it really hurts my self-esteem. is there any way to make it grow? i'd do absolutely ANYTHING to get some.

Look at it this way. Many of those World Wrestling Dudes and professional weight lifters actually shave their bodies to show their muscles off. So while you are waiting for the hair to grow, build those muscles and show them off. Muscles are more attractive to girls than underarm hair which can be smelly.
