I was browsing thru the topics at health central.com and found this trem but could find no definition for it. It is related to mens orgasm sensations in some way but I am still uneducated as to what ir is. Does anyone know??

yeah, well i don't know about that cancer stuff but i do like getting off in that particular way. unless i am misunderstanding what you guys are talking about. i think a broad has a g spot and a man has a prostate gland, but who the hell knowns about TURP. maybe it's up to your inturpretation?
