My brother frequently shows me his penis and asks me if it is normal sized. He is 11 and his penis is 4 1/2 inches long and 3 inches around. I don't want answers saying that my brother needs a psychologist or telling me to ask someone else, I just want to know if this length and girth is normal for an 11-year-old.

its difernt for every 1 and some times puberty hits fast for some ppl so ya its about right. and maybe he might just be a huge boy later in life
