my neigbor smokes cigarettes, not real ones but he picks some normal leaves from a bush and smokes them in rolled up paper, im concerned about him, is there any danger in what hes doing

I'll trade neighbors with you anyday. Right now, the guy next to me is an angry black dude who complains about everything. He's a miserable person who has no life!! He always has this angry sour look on his face. He complained about my dog and when my parents tried talking to him, he slammed the door on us. Jerk! I hope he chokes on a chicken bone!!!
