Male Nipples?!

Male Nipples?

I'm a 18 year old male, somewhat overweight (not largely though), but I have a few questions. Are my nipples supposed to be nard, erect, whatever you call it, 24/7? for instance, right now theyre soft. but when im in a cold or warm shower, theyre very hard. same when its cold out side.

is this normal?
