How tall will i get!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?
i have always been wondering how tall am i gonna get?!?!?! i am 5'6" and 16 years old....my mom is about 5'3" and my dad is about 5'6" i havent grown much but about 2 inches in the last 2 years...... so i dont know how tall im gonna get and im worried... i am really hoping to get over the 5'8" mark does anyone know if i will even be close to getting there or passing that mark?????? ps.most of my cousins that are guys like me are taller than both there parents.....

Boys do slow down between a certain age - it's called the plateau, but their growth spurt can start anywhere between 13 right up to 16 and some don't stop growing until 21 while some stop growing at 18. I have a few male friends from childhood who were so small that all the girls were taller than them but when we hit 16 these boys suddenly shot up and in the end they were the tallest in the whole group of friends.
If most of your cousins are guys and taller than both your parents then you do have hope to be taller than the parents. Just start exercising, try going to the gym to start weight training - exercise stimulates growth hormone production provided you do not overexert and hurt yourself. Eat more protein but keep the fat low.
