If I do 30 push-ups a day for 30 days, what type of results would I see in my waist and stomach area?


Answers:

You would not see much of a result as pushups are a upper body exercise>>chest,shoulders,arms
Lots of stomach crunches and a low calorie diet might get you some results, it depends on how big you are and how much fat you have around your waist................... ;)
