What's the best way to tone and tighten my chest?
Obviously, from most recommendations, benchpress is one of the best ways to work out chests. However, I'm wondering if there are other workouts there. Also, is there a difference between high-rep/lower-weight and low-rep/higher-weight when it comes to chest workouts? I'm not trying to get bigger as I am trying to maintain the same body frame.

Incline bench press is the best way but push ups if you don't have a gym membership.
