Low Testosterone level even after treatment?
I just found that I am suffering from a low T level. When I found this out, the doctor prescribed Androgel. It's gel that you rub on your upper arms and stomach. The Testosterone that's in Androgel is absorbed into your blood stream. I've been using this product for 3 weeks now. I went for a blood test earlier this week and got the results this morning. My T level didn't change at all. Other than this, my health is excellent the doctor said. I don't drink, smoke or anything. I do feel better since I've been using Androgel and my sex drive has increased. What could be wrong and how is it possible that the Androgel didn't bring my T level up? I used it everyday. What could be the root of the problem? I'm 48 years old.
