This question is no joke.....I know I don't have any STD's because I haven't had sex in months...but I get a tingling sensation from the tip of my penis to the hole of my ***, could it be a hernia? Its like a tingling of the muscles...I can go about normal activities but when I bend of squat it hurts.....
