okay whenever a man gets a physical the doc assks you to pull down your pants drop your underpants reaches to an unspecified place by your manhood and asks you to cough my question is threefold...first why do they do it ...second what is the method...and third how do you tell whether the you have a problem or not
Answers:
They ask you to drop your pants so they have easy access to your testicles.
The reason they tell you to cough while holding your testicles is because they are checking for hernias.
They also might check for testicular cancer also.
Lastly they will tell you if you have a problem by feeling around for a lump in your testicles (cancer) or another mass inside your scrotum that isnt supposed to be there (hernia) and he should advise you of whats wrong if there is anything that could harm you.
