If you want something natural, that you may use for him then Tea Tree oil. There are only TWO (2) essential oils that it is safe to apply directly to the skin, Lavender & Tea Tree. However, be aware that Tea Tree will annoy your virginal mucus membrane, so I suggest you keep off the sex for a few days.
For you, a mild douche solution of Lavender & Myrrh (mixed 1 drop of each to at least 20 of olive or Nut oil) may help, but with LOTS of live yoghurt.

Thrush/Candida is common after a course of antibiotics, as the medicine has just killed off all the nice bacteria (in your guts & round your bum) that keep you healthy (as well as the nasty ones making you ill). Once these bacteria are gone, the Candida yeast can grow & get a hold (hence 'Wipe from front to back' girls!). So plenty of 'pro-biotics' & live yogurt will help as they will supply LACTOBACILLUS bacteria, which are 'good' bacteria. These should counteract the Candida yeast.
Remember that yeast feed on sugar - so avoid sugar & sugary foods. Eat well & you should soon be rid of this, but 3 to 6 months may be needed before it's all gone!
