I'm 14 and im about 5'4'' and my feet are as big as my dad who he is 5'11''....does that mean im gonna be as big as him or taller?

Those tales are based upon facts. Josh, you will be taller than your mother. Yes, you will very likely be as tall as your father.
Different people have growth spurts at different times. I have not grown any since age 13. My husband and sons (all over 6 foot) grew until age 23.
