What is circumsized??
I need to know wat is circumsized. Normal penis have a round top but my penis skin is different.. is it circumsized or not enlarged enough? there is still spare skin outside the penis..

Circumcision is when the foreskin is cut off. Most guys in the world are not circumcised; the USA is the last advanced nation doing it. In fact, in some states like in California the circumcision rates are now as low as 20% or so, so it's going away. CNN covered that.

And now that circumcision has been found to ultimately reduce sensitivity in the long run (due to constant rubbing of the head), I predict that circumcision rates will only continue to fall.

If what you're describing is when hard/erect, you're uncircumcised. If it's when soft, you might be uncircumcised or loosely circumcised.
Here's an illustration that shows the difference; when hard they look very similar though, so compare yourself when soft.
