Im trying to lose my gut im 17 but i have lost about 20 some lbs lk months ago and i have been running?

and lifting weights but what else can i do to get rid of the bottom gut faster and wil it make a difference if i sweat it out in a sanna or however u spell it

You're doing everything good and right. The only problem here is that the weight holding on to you stomach area is usually the last bit to leave. You'll start to lose weight around your hands, arms, feet, legs, etc. but your stomach is one of the last places to leave.

My advice to you is keep up what you're doing, control your eating, drink ONLY water... no sodas (even if they're diet) and no abnormal eating... it's OK to have a day where you may be lax on your eating, but do not make it an everyday habit. Also, alternate your exercise techniques, cardio every other day with weight training every other day with a one day rest during the week. This seems to have the best results.

The only thing you need is more time. I cannot stress this enough. If you're losing weight at roughly one to two pounds per week, then you're more likely to keep it off. Encourage yourself along the way to keep fighting this battle. The results will be well worth it.
