Itchy penis?!

Itchy penis?

i have a problem for about as long as i could remeber my penis would always be itchy i cant stand it i would have to go in my pants even in public i have to bring my ball sack up. does anyone have any advice on how i prevent this from happening?

Perhaps showering regularly might help.
