im going to the doctors next week to check out a lump i found on my testicle. anybody been through this, know what they will do? im british and i heard they do ultrasounds on them, will this be at a surgery? any info would be appreicated

Yes, they will probably do an ultrasound. If you are a young gentleman (younger than 30-35) I have to say it is an ominous sign to find a lump on your testicle. Most of the time doctors assume it is some form of testicular cancer. I don't want to worry you, just letting you know what people usually think. If that is the case, you will likely need surgery to remove the testicle.
