Answers:

for any kind of waxing, you need to be really careful to exfoliate the skin afterwards. when you rip hair out of the skin, you leave the pores exposed and they're really prone to clogging/breaking out. you can just exfoliate with a loofa, or you can go to the drug store/ beauty supply store for some kind of specialized product. a lot of waxing kits come with a gel or lotion to use afterwards to prevent clogged pores and ingrown hairs. a facial astringent might work well too, but don't use it immediately after waxing if it contains alcohol, because that might burn.
